Search Engines may rule the rankings but ultimately it is the consumer who visits a website who will make the determination whether or not to contact a business. Therefore a website\u2019s \u201cuser friendliness\u201d is as important as its \u201csearch engine friendliness\u201d. The review addresses any factors which may be limiting the website user from taking the desired action of the business.<\/p>\n

Websites are visited from all entry points, not only the home page. Therefore it is essential for the visitor to easily navigate throughout the site and find what is being searched immediately. Telephone numbers, contact forms and other essential contact information must be clearly displayed with strong \u2018calls to action\u2019 throughout the site. As consumers\u2019 use of the Internet continues to evolve, so must a website evolve in its ability to engage a consumer and communicate a business proposition, visually and clutter free.<\/p>\n
